INFECTION CONTROL

Dentists on Starkey provides and maintains an environment for patient care committed to the prevention of healthcare associated infections.  Our infection control practices are of the highest standard for your comfort, confidence and wellbeing. All our processes comply with the relevant Australian Standards and Guidelines in accordance with being a QIP Accredited Practice.

Our Sterilization Centre includes a medical grade thermal disinfector, a dedicated handpiece autoclave, and two Class B instrument autoclaves.

All instruments used in the mouth are disposable single use or autoclaved for each and every patient.
