APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

Appointments at Dentists on Starkey are made exclusively for you. They are considered confirmed at the time of booking. If you require a change to this appointment time, please phone us as soon as possible to give us every opportunity to give your appointment time to another patient of Dentists On Starkey.

As a courtesy, we will phone you the workday prior to your appointment. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date with us.

Changes to appointments made with less than 48 hours notice may attract a rescheduling fee.

We appreciate everyone has a busy schedule, and there is nothing worse than sitting in a waiting room for half an hour or more waiting for your turn. We will do our utmost to run to time (this is helped greatly by having planned appointments).

We ask that you allow plenty of time for parking and clerical administration prior to the start of your appointment time. Please also allow approximately 20 mins at the conclusion of your appointment to complete necessary clerical work and return to your transport, prior to getting to your next engagement.

New Patients are encouraged to download, print and pre-fill our registration and Medical History Form and bring it with you to your initial appointment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding the handling of your personal information.
